Council Member Norment inquired about liability <br />for the City. Ms. Harris said releases would be required to be executed prior to performing the <br />repairs. <br />13. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.072 of the Texas Government <br />Code, to deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation <br />in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the position of the governmental <br />body in negotiations with a third person. <br />Mayor Pankaj convened City Council into open session at 6:19 p.m. <br />14. Reconvene into open session and possibly take action on matters discussed in executive <br />session. <br />Mayor Pankaj reconvened City Council into open session at 6:33 p.m. and announced <br />there was no action to be taken. <br />15. Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to <br />Resolution No. 2004-081. <br />Mayor Pankaj announced that yesterday was International Woman's Day and expressed <br />appreciation to female City Council Members and Staff. <br />16. Adjournment. <br />There being no further business, a Motion to adjourn was made by Mayor Pro -Tem <br />Savage and seconded by Council Member Moore. Motion carried, 5 ayes - 0 nays.
