MINUTES OF THE BUILDING AND STANDARDS COMMISSION MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />January 20th, 2026 <br />The Building and Standards Commission of the City of Paris met for axegular session at 3:00 p.m. <br />on Tuesday, January 20th, 2026, at the City of Paris Council Chambers, 107 E. Call meeting to order. <br />Kim Walker, called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m. <br />2. Approve minutes from the meeting of September 15, 2025. <br />A Motion was made by Kim Walker to approve minutes, seconded by Angie <br />Briscoe. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />3. Public Hearing to consider presentations by City of Paris Code Inspectors and owner(s) <br />and/or lien holder(s) of the below properties who have been given notice of a violation of <br />Chapter 4, Article 4.03 entitled "Substandard and Dangerous Buildings and Structures;" <br />Chapter 7, Article 7.04 entitled "Weeds, Junk, and Other Objectionable, Unsightly, or <br />
