The <br />doors are broken off and the ceiling tiles are falling due to water damage from the <br />roof. The camper is full of junk and rubbish and is also covered in vegetation. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Angie Briscoe, seconded by Morgan Cline, to follow staff <br />recommendation. There are 3 campers on <br />the property that are dilapidated due to missing tires, wood and siding. There is junk <br />and rubbish throughout the entire property. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Angie Briscoe, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
