Building and Standards Meeting <br />January 20.2026 <br />Page 2 <br />Unsanitary Matter on Private Premises;" Chapter 8, Article 8.10 entitled "Outdoor <br />Storage;" Code of Ordinances of the City of Paris, Paris, TX. <br />A. 201 Bonham & 204 Grand; City Block 22, Lot 3 <br />Owner: WILLIAMSON COUNTY INV CORP; 8004 Two Coved Dr., Austin, <br />TX 78730-3120 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has multiple broken windows and plywood <br />missing on the north side that people are climbing through to get inside the <br />building. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, secure structure within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Jesse Wallace JR, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />B. 948 SE 5a', City Block 160, Lot 12-A <br />Owner: Joe Lynn Crawford; 3379 CR 1033, Greenville, TX 75401 <br />Nicki Brown stated that the camper on the property is dilapidated and unsecure. The <br />doors are broken off and the ceiling tiles are falling due to water damage from the <br />roof. The camper is full of junk and rubbish and is also covered in vegetation. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Angie Briscoe, seconded by Morgan Cline, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />C. 1127 E Grove, City Block 175-A, Lot 10 <br />Owner: Maxine Lewis ETAL; C/O Mary Gilmore; 1764 Maple Ave, Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Nicki Brown stated the owner of the property is deceased. There are 3 campers on <br />the property that are dilapidated due to missing tires, wood and siding. There is junk <br />and rubbish throughout the entire property. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Angie Briscoe, to follow staff <br />recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />
