A camper is on the vacant lot with junk and outside storage. She contacted an occupant and informed them of the meeting and the need to remove the camper. Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within 30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. Motion made by Jesse Wallace JR, seconded by Morgan Cline, to follow staff recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 E. 1518 W Houston, City Block 191, Lot 10 Owner: R L Jenkins; 970 Grove St, Paris, TX 75460 Nicki Brown stated there has been no contact with the property owner. A junk and rubbish case has been opened, and there is a dilapidated accessory structure with roof holes and fire damage from indoor grill use. Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, demolition of structure, and vacate within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. Motion made by Angie Briscoe, seconded by Kim Walker, to follow staff recommendation. Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 F. 1145 NE 6TH, City Block 93-A, Lot 5 Owner: Jean & Edgar Lynch; 920 Fitzhugh ST, Paris, TX 75460 Nicki Brown stated the camper tenant has been notified, but there has been no contact with the property owner. The tenant removed the junk and said the camper on the vacant lot will be moved on January 26, 2026. Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within 30 days, remove camper within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so.
