Motion carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />G. 1177 E Grove St; City Block 175-A, Lot 6 <br />Owner: George LaFlamme; 1177 E Grove St, Paris, TX 75460 <br />Nicki Brown stated the structure has severe fire damage and is unable to be <br />rehabilitated. The owner passed in the fire and there has been no contact with any <br />heirs. There is junk and rubbish throughout the entire property. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property within <br />30 days, demolish structure within 30 days, removal of junk and rubbish <br />within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Kim Walker, seconded by Alexander Moore, to follow staff <br />recommendation.
