§ 4.02.005 Contractor Types <br />a. General Contractor <br />(1) This tate or authorizes the holder to en a e in or�manaEeLsu ervise the construction <br />and develo M ment renovation and or re air of an structure includin without <br />limitation one and two- fa mil dwellin s multi-famil tom ilexes commercial <br />structures associated accessory structures and storage buildings,, swimmin ools hot <br />tubs s gas and drivewa s sidewalks curbs and utters. <br />(2) This re istration re uires the holder to submit a tom leted a lication to the Buildin <br />Deartment with a co of their driver's license and a co of an insurance the mi ht <br />have. <br />(3) Licensed Combination General Contractors shall be responsible for the complete and <br />tom liant construction develo menu and ins ection of ermitted ro'ects. This <br />includes but is not limited to com liance with a roved site lan site re aration and <br />setbacks erosion control utilit installation rovidin as -built drawin sof com leted <br />infrastructure water and sewer services and tos re uired easements filed com Ireton <br />of olatting, foundation and or footers all as ects of vertical construction d <br />landsca in .The Combination General Contractor fora ermitted ro'ect is also <br />responsible for ensurin that all licensed trades have the a ro riate permits and that <br />all re uired ins ections are com leted. Includin third arty ener; ins sections. <br />b. swimmin Pool Contractor <br />(1) This category authorizes the holder to en a e in the construction renovation and or <br />reair of swimmingools hot tubs and sas. <br />(2) This registration re uires the holder to submit a com leted a ication to the BuilchnnE <br />De artment with a co Mof their driver's license and a co of an insurance the mi ht <br />have. <br />(3) Re istered swimmin Pool Contractors shall be res onsible for the com tete and <br />compliant construction develo menu and ins ection of ermitted ro'ects. This <br />includes but is not limited to fences atesalarms foundation concrete workool <br />e ui menu roundin bondin and all other code re uired as°ects of installin a <br />swimmin ool hot tub ors a.
