Anv violation of above-mentioned rohibitions shall be uilt of a misdemeanor unishable b a fine in accordance with the eneral enalt rovided in section 1.01.009 and ever da 's continuance of an violation of the violation shall be deemed a se ,rate offense. A violation of this code shall be a strict liabilitv offense and mav be sub'ect to State and Federal violations.
