(g) Ouorum. Three (3) members shall constitute a quorum. A concurring vote of three (3) <br />members of the board shall be necessary to render a decision in favor of the applicant. <br />(h) Training and com etenc As a condition of membership on the board, the members shall <br />participate in such training and education as may be required by law or ordinance.
