<br />Section 302.8 Motor Vehicles.
<br />Except as provided for in other regulations, the parking, keeping, or storage of inoperative or
<br />unlicensed motor vehicles on any premises, and the presence of vehicles in a state of
<br />major disassembly, disrepair, stripping, or dismantling, shall be re ulated in accordance
<br />with Cit of Paris Code ofOrdinances Article 8.11 "Junk Vehicles.” The painting, repair,
<br />or major mechanical work of vehicles where such activity creates fire hazards, f� luid

<br />similarly enclosed area designed for such purposes.

<br />302.9 Defacement of property.
<br />A person shall not willfully or wantonly damage, mutilate or deface any exterior surface of any
<br />structure or building on any private or public property by placing thereon any marking,
<br />carving or graffiti.
<br />It shall be the responsibility of the owner to restore said surface to an approved state of
<br />maintenance and repair in accordance with Artcle._8.03 of the..city ..code of ordinances
