Fire Alarm Contractor <br />(1) This category authorizes the holder to engage in the installation alteration repair, or <br />renovation of fire alarms stems. <br />(2) This registration reg uires the holder to provide proof of current State of Texas <br />De artment of Insurance Fire Alarm License and state re uired insurance. <br />(3) Registered Fire Alarm Contractors shall be responsible for the complete and compliant <br />installation alteration re air or renovation of fire alarm s stems and for ac uirin all <br />appropriate permits and inspections. <br />n. Fire Extinguisher Contractor <br />(1) This category authorizes the holder to en a e in the installation alteration, retair or <br />renovation of fixed fire extinguisher s stems. <br />(2) This registration requires the holder to provide proof of current State of Texas <br />Department of Insurance Extinguisher Certificate Re istration and state re uired <br />insurance. <br />(3) Registered Fire Extinguisher uisher Contractors shall be res onsible for the com tete and <br />com liant installation alteration re air or renovation of fire extin uisher s stems and <br />for ac umn all appropriate ermits and inspections. <br />o. Underround Fire Main Contractor <br />(1) This tate or authorizes the holder to en a e in the installation alteration re air or <br />renovation of underground fire mains. <br />(2) This registration re uires the holder to provide Droof of current State of Texas <br />Deoartment of Insurance S rinkler Certificate and state re uired insurance. <br />(3) Registered Under round Fire Main Contractors shall be responsible for the complete <br />and com liant installation alteration re air renovation maintenance or service of <br />water supply i in to any and all types of fire protection sprinkler systems and for <br />acquiring all appropriate permits and inspections. <br />P. Above round &Under round Stora a Tank Contractor <br />(1) This tateor authorizes the holder to en age in the installation and removal of <br />above round and under -round Stora a tanks. <br />(2) This registration re uires the holder to provide goof of current Texas Commission on <br />Environmental luality Under round Stora a Tank re istration and state re uired <br />insurance. <br />
