Utilit Contractor <br />(1) This Cate or authorizes the holder to en a e in construction renovation and or re air <br />and to supervise or mana a the construction renovation and or re air of utilities. This <br />includes water, sewer, wastewater, storm sewer, streets and drains a facilities.
