immediately following the adoption of this resolution as follows: Council Member from <br />District 1 - Stacy Laddell; Council Member from District 3 - Gary Savage; and Council <br />Member District 6 - Alix Putnam, with the Council Member from District 2 - Mickey Ellis - <br />having tendered his resignation prior to being seated for said two-year term creating a <br />vacancy to be filled by appointment of the City Council in accordance with Section 18 of the <br />Home Rule Charter of the City of Paris, Texas. <br />Section 3.
