Staff recommends approval of a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for the property in question in the <br />Neighborhood Service (NS) District subject to the following condition: <br />L The property shall conform to Special Use Permit regulations under Neighborhood <br />Service (NS) District. <br />2. The Specific Use Permit shall expire upon cessation of residential use by occupant or the <br />fifth (5th) anniversary of the date of this ordinance, whichever occurs first. <br />
