Deny the application. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Staff recommends approval for a zoning change from an Agricultural District (A) to <br />Commercial District (C) with a Specific Use Permit for Self -Storage Mini Warehouse on LCAD <br />129890, City of Paris, Block 307-C, Lot 2, located at 4037 N Main Street subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The property shall conform to Special Use Permit regulations under Commercial (C) <br />District. <br />2. The Specific Use Permit shall expire upon cessation of the Self -Storage Mini Warehouse <br />use or operation by applicant or the fifth (5th) anniversary of the date of this ordinance, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />
