Discussion and act on adoption of the updates made to the Rules of Procedure for the <br />Historic Preservation Commission. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Coyle to adopt the changes to the Rules and Procedures <br />for the .Historic Preservation Commission, seconded by Commissioner Kee, motion carried 6 <br />ayes, 0 nays. <br />6. HPO Report: <br />Ms. Bedford reviewed the documents in the shared hyperlink and notebook for the <br />Commission Training Materials. <br />In discussion with Code Enforcement on the Buildings and Standards Commission reviews, <br />houses that have been completely burned out will no longer be brought to the HPC far <br />review. <br />The commission was asked about the special meeting time being changed, and made the <br />decision to host the special meetings as needed on the second floor Qf'the City Council <br />Chambers <br />Hayley Reynolds was introduced to the commissioners. <br />7.
