The structure is full of junk and rubbish. There is <br />also dilapidated fencing materials propped up on the side of the structure as well. Mrs, Brown <br />did speak with Don Wilkins regarding plans to renovate but no permits have been pulled. <br />Nicki Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate property, demolish structure, <br />and removal of junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by Angie Briscoe, seconded by Morgan Cline, to follow staff recommendation.
