Motion <br />carried unanimously. 4-0 <br />E. 1900 Clarksville; Speedy Stop NO 8 Addition Block A, Lot 1 <br />Owner: Ali Hariwan & Mehvan Besfki; 6319 Falcon Crest LN, Sachse, TX 75048 <br />Jacie Brown stated that the property owner has complied and no further action is necessary. <br />F. 1531 NE 12th; East Park Addition Block E, Lot 4 <br />Owner: Virginia & Curtis Harris Estate; C/O Wanda Johnson, 1615 NE 17th Street, Paris, TX <br />75460 <br />Jacie Brown stated that Code Enforcement has spoken to Mrs. Johnson and her niece in regards <br />to demolishing this structure. They were unable to sign a right of indemnification form due to the <br />will having not been probated. The front of the structure has missing siding, the carport that has a <br />room directly above is leaning and detatching from the house, missing shingles, excessive <br />vegetation. There is an accessory building that is located in the back of the property that is <br />collapsing as well. <br />Jacie Brown's recommendation: Declare a nuisance, vacate, demolish structure, remove <br />junk and rubbish within 30 days, or the city has the right to do so. <br />Motion made by A.W.
