Approve minutes from the meetings of May 8, 2026 (workshop), May 11, 2026 <br />(workshop), May 11, 2026 (regular). <br />6. Receive reports and/or minutes from the following boards and commissions: <br />a. Love Civic Center Board (1-8-2026 & 3-12-2026) <br />b. Historic Preservation Commission (4-8-2026) <br />C. Paris Housing Authority (7-15-2025, 8-26-2025, 9-30-2025, 11-18-2025, 2-10- <br />2026, 3-24-2026, and 4-20-2026) <br />d. Paris Economic Development Corporation (3-17-2026) <br />e. Paris Public Library Advisory Board (2-18-2026 & 3-18-2026) <br />f. Planning & Zoning Commission (4-14-2026) <br />g. Paris Visitors & Convention Council (4-20-2026) <br />7. Receive April ditch maintenance report. <br />Regular Agenda <br />8. Discuss, continue the public hearing and act on an Ordinance considering the petition of <br />James O'Bryan, DVM for a zoning change from a Single -Family Dwelling (SF -2) <br />District to a General Retail (GR) District with a Specific Use Permit (SUP) for Veterinary <br />Clinic -Large Animals (LCAD 13152), Mayer Addition, Block 8, Lots 1 & 2, 3147 <br />Bonham St. (a motion to remove this item from the table is required) <br />Planning Director Osei Amo-Mensah said this zoning case was heard in May and was <br />opposed by citizens. He also said the City Council tabled it at that time. <br />Mayor Pankaj asked for a Motion to remove the item from the table. A Motion to remove <br />the item from the table was made by Council Member Norment and seconded by Council <br />Member Putnam. Motion carried, 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Mayor Pankaj said due to a scheduling conflict, they would need to table this item again. <br />He said he would continue the public hearing but take no testimony. He said the hearing would <br />remain open until June 22. <br />A Motion to table this item to June 22 was made by Council Member Attebury and <br />seconded by Council Member Ladell. Motion carried 5 ayes — 0 nays. <br />Ms. Harris explained by doing this procedure, staff would not have to republish and save <br />the City over $1,000.00. <br />9. Receive presentation from NewGen about the 2026 Water & Wastewater Cost of Service <br />Study. <br />
