STORMWATER DETENTION AND RETENTION FACILITY MAINTENANCE, INSPECTION, <br />AND COMPLIANCE PROGRAM MANUAL <br />SECTION 1. PURPOSE <br />This Program establishes requirements for the registration, inspection, maintenance, and <br />enforcement of stormwater detention and retention facilities to ensure continued <br />functionality, public safety, and regulatory compliance. <br />This Program supports: <br />• Flood prevention <br />• Protection of public infrastructure <br />• Stormwater quality management <br />• Reduction of Long-term maintenance costs <br />• Compliance with applicable federal and state regulations <br />SECTION 2.
