FACILITY REGISTRATION AND PERMITTING <br />4.1Registration Required <br />All facilities must be registered with the City prior to: <br />^ Certificate 0fOccupancy, or <br />• FinaL acceptance of public improvements <br />4.2Annual Permit <br />• Each facility must maintain 8nactive annual permit <br />~ Renewal i0required annually <br />~ Permit issuance iscontingent upon compliance <br />4.3Required Submittals <br />The following shalt b8submitted: <br />• Engineer -approved Operation and Maintenance (O&M}Manual <br />• Maintenance Responsibility Acknowledgment (signed and notarized) <br />• Letter OfConformance (engineer certification) <br />• Customized inspection checklist prepared bvthe design engineer <br />• These requirements are based onthe City's Technical Standards Manual. <br />SECTION S.OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENTS <br />5.lGeneral Requirement <br />Facilities shalt bemaintained iDaccordance with: <br />
