MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS <br />June 15, 2026 <br />The City Council of the City of Paris met for a special session at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, <br />June 15, 2026, at the City Council Chamber, 107 E. Kaufman, Paris, Texas. <br />Present: Mayor: Mihir Pankaj <br />Mayor Pro -Tem: Gary Savage <br />Council Members: Stacy Ladell, Rebecca Norment, Alix Putnam, and <br />Tracy Attebury <br />City Staff. Stephanie Harris, City Attorney; Janice Ellis, City <br />Clerk; Skylar Unger, Deputy City Clerk; and Jon <br />McFadden, Public Relations Officer. <br />Opening Alzenda - <br />1. Call meeting to order. <br />Mayor Pankaj called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. <br />2. Invocation. <br />Mayor Pro -Tem Savage gave the invocation. <br />3. United States Pledge of Allegiance & Texas Pledge of Allegiance. <br />City Council led the United States Pledge of Allegiance and the Texas Pledge of <br />Allegiance. <br />4. Citizens' forum. <br />Curtis Fendley, 554 S. Church, Paris, Texas — he said was seeking re -appointment to the <br />Chase Coleman, 2775 41" St. S.E., Paris Texas — he said he wanted to continue serving <br />on PEDC, and that they had a lot of ongoing projects. <br />Gene Anderson, 2615 Oak Lane, Reno, Texas — he said he had 40 years in municipal <br />financing and was working at the City when the PEDC was formed. Mr. Anderson said he would <br />like to be a part of the PEDC. <br />
