Main Street Advisory Board Meeting <br />June 9, 2026 <br />Page 3 <br />Spoke with Chris Lambka, our consultant, about options for future parking changes. <br />Reviewing options. We will need to go over our Transforming Strategies plan to <br />update as needed. A work plan retreat will be happening once our new members are <br />with us. Cheri and Hayley attended the Huntsville Conference. They attended a <br />session best practicing as it relates to zoning and discussed the Yifly program with <br />Donna Dow from Denison Texas. <br />6. Future Agenda Items: <br />• We will introduce new board members to our board in the next meeting. We will be <br />voting for a new slate of officers. The next Main Street Meeting will be July 14, 2026 <br />There being no further business, A motion to adjourn was made by board member Melissa Jones <br />and seconded by board member Glee Emmite.
