�• A A.• 1 •. <br />•; . • • I�. , . 1 . . . • . . 1 1 <br />- , <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has prepared and submitted to the City Council <br />a proposed budget of expenditures and revenues for the municipal government of the <br />City of Paris, Texas (the "City"), for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and <br />ending September 30, 2027; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received the City Manager's proposed <br />budget, a copy of which has been filed with the City Clerk as required by law; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the City Manager's proposed budget has been made <br />available for inspection and has been posted on the City's website as required by <br />law; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Manager has made revisions to the budget, and a copy <br />of the revised budget has also been made available for inspection and has been <br />posted on the City's website as required by law, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council conducted a public hearing on the proposed <br />budget, as revised, on August 10, 2026, with prior notice thereof provided as <br />required by law. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: <br />Section 1. That the findings and recitals set forth above are hereby found to be <br />true and correct and are incorporated herein for all purposes. <br />Section 2. That the budget of the City for the fiscal year beginning October 1, <br />2026, and ending September 30, 2027, heretofore prepared by the City Manager and <br />submitted to the Mayor and City Council for consideration and approval, a true and <br />correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof for all <br />
