<br />C. 526 Neagle Street, Lot E 50' of 1,2,3, Block 7, Neagle Addition <br />The owner of the property is deceased. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion to demolish the building within 30 days with a $1,000 <br />per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time <br />period, the City will demolish the building. Lucius Joe, Jr. seconded the motion. <br />The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />D. 900 Clement Road, Lot Pt. Of 1, City Block 276 <br />There was no contact from the owners of the property. <br /> <br />Lucius Joe, Jr. made a motion to demolish the building within 30 days with a $1,000 <br />per day civil penalty and if the building is not demolished within the 30 day time <br />period, the City will demolish the building. Chad Brown seconded the motion. The <br />motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />E. 260 S. Main, Lot 6, City Block 178-A <br />Mr. Kammer was present to speak on behalf of the property. He stated that the <br />windows are now closed and boarded. <br /> <br />Pike Burkhart made a motion that no action be taken since the owner has secured the <br />building. Lucius Joe, Jr. seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />4. Status report related to the properties on which the Commission has previously issued <br />orders. <br /> <br />Lisa Wright presented the memo to the Commission. <br /> <br />5.
