The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this area <br />be zoned Medium Density Residential. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL HAS REQUESTED THAT THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION RECONSIDER THIS REQUEST BASED ON NEW INFOlUvlA nON <br />PROVIDED BY MS. DANGERFIELD WITH REGARD TO THE STYLE OF THE <br />MANUFACTURED HOME. PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE PROPOSED STYLES ARE <br />ENCLOSED IN YOUR PACKET. <br /> <br />6. Victor Chavez is requesting that the property located on Lot 1 and W 15' of Lot 2, Block 1 <br />of the Anita Park Addition, being number 1705 Margaret Street, be rezoned from a Multiple- <br />Family Dwelling District No.1 (MF -1) to a Planned Development District - Retail Shopping <br />Center (PD-a). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this area be zoned High Density <br />Residential, and there are several commercial and/or retail establishments within close <br />proximity. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL HAS REQUESTED THAT THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION RECONSIDER THIS REQUEST BASED ON NEW INFORMATION <br />PROVIDED BY MR. CHAVEZ. ALTHOUGH HE HAD ORIGINALLY REQUESTED <br />NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE (NS) ZONING BECAUSE HE INTENDED TO LIVE ON <br />THE PROPERTY AND OPERATE A BAKERY, HE HAS NOW STATED THAT HE <br />DOES NOT WISH TO LIVE ON THE PROPERTY. <br /> <br />7. Bobby Smallwood is requesting that the property located on a 5.574 acre tract ofland located <br />to the east of Townwood Estates #1 at the east end of Levi Lane, which tract is part of a <br />called 99.54 acre tract ofland described in a deed to the Townwood Development Company, <br />Inc. and recorded in Volume 511, Page 188 of the Real Property Records of Lamar County, <br />Texas be rezoned from an Agricultural District (A) to a Planned Development District _ <br />Office Center (PD- f). The Comprehensive Plan recommends that this area be zoned Medium <br />Density Residential. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL HAS REQUESTED THAT THE PLANNING & ZONING <br />COMMISSION RECONSIDER THIS REQUEST. MR.
