Consideration of and action on the petition of Thou Chan for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No.2 (SF-2) <br />to a Two-Family Dwelling District (2F) on Lot 1, City Block 255-A, <br />being number 204 25th Street NE. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve by Marshall Kent, seconded by Bobby <br />Myers. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Caroline Dangerfield for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No.3 (SF-3) <br />to a One-Family Dwelling District No.3 (SF-3) With Specific Use <br />Permit (39) Mobile Home on Part of Lot 1, Block 3 of the Pickard <br />Addition, being number 1020 7 ~ Street NE. <br /> <br />The public hearing was declared open. <br /> <br />Caroline Dangerfield, 261 25th Street NE, has owned this lot for 3 <br />years and cannot put anything on it. There is one house with the lot <br />overgrown on this side of the street. Ms. Dangerfield thinks that a <br />manufactured home will add to the appearance of the neighborhood. <br /> <br />Beverly Yates spoke on behalf of her parents, A.J. and Ann Johnson, <br />who lives at 1031 7 ~ Street NE. Ms. Yates stated that her parents <br />wanted to know what type of home was being proposed to go onto the <br />lot. Ms. Dangerfield stated that it is a double-wide manufactured <br />home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths-she would be living there. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />6.
