Tony said staff would like to bring an item to Council at the next <br />regular meeting, which would amend the City's policy on bulk pickup to establish limits and <br />rates. Council Member Wilson asked that a definition for bulk be included in the document. <br /> <br />Council Member Fisher said she was still receiving complaints about the trash pickup. <br />She said in some instances it was getting dark before the trash could be picked up, and it was <br />being left out until the next morning. Tony told Council he believes that making a change in <br />the bulk pickup will help these type of situations. Council Member Wilson said that we need <br />to have trash service the day after Christmas, because he had more complaints about that than <br />anything else. Council Member Ray said he also thought there should be service the day after <br />Christmas. Council Member Manning said he had one complaint from a citizen regarding <br />selective pickup from another house. Mayor Fendley said he had received nothing but <br />positive comments. <br /> <br />8. Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />No one spoke. <br /> <br />9.
