<br />Planning and Zoning Minutes <br />January 3,2006 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />Carl Lucas stated that the sample ordinance provided was a very <br />good start. Brad Archer requested that Lisa Wright research other <br />cities to see what they do with regard to underpinning requirements <br />and screening. The Commission requested to look at this again in <br />February with the additional information. <br /> <br />Motion was made to table Items 6, 7, and 8 by Carl Lucas, seconded <br />by Benny Plata. Motion carried 6-0. <br /> <br />7. Discussion of and possible action on a recommendation to the City <br />Council to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 with regard to travel <br />trailer campgrounds. <br /> <br />TABLED ABOVE. <br /> <br />8.
