Ms. <br />Johnson stated that she would like to put a mobile home in with <br />underpinning and porches. She will fix it up to look new. She wants <br />to put the mobile home in for her sister to be able to live close to her. <br />She advised that the mobile home was an older model home. <br /> <br />There was no opposition, and the public hearing was declared closed. <br /> <br />Carl Lucas restated what he had said earlier. He also stated there is <br />only one mobile home in a 2 ~ block radius. <br /> <br />4. Consideration of and action on the petition of Gracie Johnson for a <br />change in zoning from a One-Family Dwelling District No.3 (SF-3) <br />to a One-Family Dwelling District No.3 (SF-3) With Specific Use <br />Permit (39) Mobile Home on Lot S 93' of 2 & 3, Block 1 of the <br />Pickard Addition, being number 761 Wood Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny by Carl Lucas, seconded by Reeves Hayter. <br />Motion carried by a vote of 6 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat, Park Place <br />Center, being number 3235 Loop 286 NE. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Preliminary Plat by Bobby Myers, <br />seconded by Benny Plata, subject to the City Engineer's memo dated <br />December 27, 2005. <br /> <br />6. Discussion of and possible action on a recommendation to the City <br />Council to amend Zoning Ordinance No. 1710 with regard to <br />manufactured housing. <br /> <br />r" <br />
