Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: <br /> <br />A. Amending Ordinance No. 2005-055 which authorized the nomination of <br />Kimberly-Clark Corporation to the Office of the Governor Economic <br />Development and Tourism through the Economic Development Bank <br />for designation as a Qualified Business and Double Jumbo Enterprise <br />Project under the Act by changing certain wording in Section 3 of said <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />B. Amending Sections 16-22, 16-27, and 16-28 of the Code of Ordinances <br />ofthe City of Paris redefining bulky trash service and establishing rates <br />for bulky trash services. <br /> <br />C. Disannexing a 6.678 acre tract of land located at the northwest corner <br />of Highway 82 East and Mansfield Road forming a portion of the current <br />outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris, in response to a <br />petition for such disannexation filed by Donald A.
