Releasing a portion of the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas, the same being a 6.678 acre tract of land located at the northwest corner of Highway 82 East and Mansfield Road forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris, in response to a petition for such release of Extraterritorial Jurisdiction filed by Donald A. Lewis, Jr., Michael Lewis, Randall S. Lewis, and Derek Lewis, property owners. 6. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: A. Ordering the Regular Municipal Election for the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, to be held on the second Saturday in May 2006, same being the 13th day of May 2006, between the hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. and 7:00 o'clock p.m., by the qualified voters of Districts 1, 2, 3, and 6 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas with early voting for the same being conducted in the City Hall Annex West from the 1 st day of May 2006, through the 9th day of May 2006, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 o'clock a.m. and 5:00 o'clock p.m. with additional hours of 7:00 o'clock a.m. until 7:00 o'clock p.m. on the 3rd day of May 2006 and the 4th day of May 2006, for the purpose of electing the Council Members from each of said Districts to serve as members of the City Council for the ensuing two years. B. Providing that at Least One Accessible Voting System be in each polling place used in a Texas Election on or after January 1, 2006. C. Ratifying Settlement Agreement between Steering committee of Cities served by TXU and TXU Electric Delivery. D. Approving and authorizing the execution of Contract Change Order Notice No. 04 for Public health Services, DSHS Document No. 7560022067-2006 (Attachment No. 01A: RLSS-Local Public Health System. E. Approving and authorizing the execution of a Reciprocal Agreement to Distribution Facilities between A TMOS Energy and the City of Paris for the disposition of repairs and maintenance. F.
