<br />City of Paris Historic Resources Survey 2004 <br />Phase 2 - Page 3 <br />November 14,2005 <br /> <br />materials will meet the standards required by the Texas Historical Commission. <br /> <br />Task 1.3.2 -- Analysis <br /> <br />When all fieldwork and research phases are completed, the surveyed properties will be assigned a <br />HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW significance or preservation priority rating. Previously surveyed <br />properties will have their assigned significance rating verified. Based on their architectural integrity <br />and historical associations, documented sites will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria: <br /> <br />HIGH PRIORITY - Contributes significantly to local history or broader historical patterns; is an <br />outstanding or unique example of architecture, engineering or crafted design; and retains a <br />significant portion of its original character and contextual integrity. <br /> <br />MEDIUM PRIORITY - Contributes to local history or broader historical patterns, but alterations <br />have diminished its integrity; is a good but typical example of architecture, engineering or crafted <br />design; is a good but altered illustration of a common local building form, architectural style or type. <br /> <br />LOW PRIORITY - Typifies a common local building form, architectural style or type, with little or <br />no identified historic associations; is a moderate to severely altered resource that exemplifies a <br />distinctive building type or architectural style, or that has only minor historic significance. <br /> <br />Task 2 - Survey Reports <br /> <br />Task 2.1 -- Survey Overview Report <br /> <br />A summary ofthe Survey findings will be prepared, which will include statistical data regarding the <br />survey's results, a detailed description ofthe survey boundaries, methodology. context and historical <br />information. <br /> <br />Task 2.2 -- Presentation of Comprehensive Data Collection <br /> <br />All photographs, photo index sheets and survey forms will be assembled and organized for final <br />presentation. A CD and print-outs of all electronic images will be provided with the report. <br /> <br />The ARCHITEXAS team will be available to make appropriate presentations of the survey findings <br />and report on a previously-arranged basis. As stated earlier, public meetings and input are an <br />important part of the survey process. <br /> <br />All electronic data collected will be forwarded to the Texas Historical Commission for inclusion in <br />the Texas Historic Sites Atlas. <br />
