Cash match provided by an organization other than the applicant, <br />such as by a contractor who will operate the grant project. <br />Generally, other'state/federal grants may not be used for match <br />purposes (see item number 11, CJD Financial and Administrative <br />Requirements). Exclude program income. The sum of 15. e and <br />15.f must agree with page CJD-8, Section C, Column d. <br /> <br />15. f . Enter the estimated amount of gross income to be generated by <br />activities of the grant project and which will De expended, in <br />addition to the grant moneys and cash match stated above, to <br />finance the budget described in the grant application. The sum <br />of 15. e and 15. f must agree with page CJD-8, Section C, <br />Column d. <br /> <br />15.g. The sum of the entries in 15.a through 15.f. Amount must agree <br />with page CJD-8, Section C, Column e. <br /> <br />16. a. Enter the date on which the application was submitted to the <br />appropriate agency for review and comment under the Texas <br />Review and Comment System (TRACS). Universities, Nonprofit <br />Organizations, State Agencies, ancl. Regional Councils should <br />submit a copy of the aJ?plication to the Governor's Budget and <br />Planning Office. Units of local government should submit the <br />entire application to the respective Regional Council. . . <br /> <br />16.b. Leave blank. <br /> <br />17 . Self-explanatory. Must be completed. <br /> <br />18. <br /> <br />Enter information as requested. The person named as <br />"Authorized Representative" must be the authorized official for <br />the applicant who is empowered to apply for, accept, reject, or <br />cancel grants (i. e. , executive director of a state agency, county <br />judge, city mayor, city manager, chairman/president of the <br />board [of nonprofit organizations only], university chancellor, <br />etc. ) When such authority has been delegated to another <br />person/position, attach a copy of the document by which such <br />delegation was made.
