<br />Dotson for a church/mission. Chad Brown made a motion that the <br />house be repaired or demolished within 90 days with a $1,000 per day <br />civil penalty and, if the house is not repaired or demolished within the <br />90 day time period, the City will demolish the house. Harrell Tippitt <br />seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />P. 636 W. Kaufman, Lot 25, City Block 124 <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />Q. 1230 11th Street NW, Lot 6, City Block 101-A <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />R. 1310 W. Henderson, Lot 11, City Block 101-C <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building. Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. The motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br />S. 3400 Block of NW Loop 286, Lot 7, City Block 324 <br />Ozie Battle, 1715 N. Main #504, said the property belongs to her <br />husband's family of 10 siblings. None of the siblings would agree to <br />sell the property when she had a buyer. There is no way in the world <br />that she can clean the property up. Ms. Battle said that she had given <br />Millie McDonald the names of all the siblings but never heard back <br />from her. The taxes on the property are not current. Chris Brown <br />made the motion that the buildings be demolished within 30 days with <br />a $1,000 per day civil penalty and, if the buildings are not demolished <br />within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the buildings. <br />Harrell Tippitt seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />T. 990 Pine Bluff, Lot 9-A, City Block 34 <br />Chad Brown made a motion that the building be demolished within 30 <br />days with a $1,000 per day civil penalty and, if the building is not <br />demolished within the 30 day time period, the City will demolish the <br />building.
