Consideration of and action on the following ordinances: <br /> <br />A. First reading of an ordinance granting to TXU Electric Delivery <br />Company, its successors and assigns, the non-exclusive right to use <br />and occupy right-of-way within the City of Paris for the construction <br />and operation of an electric transmission and distribution system, and <br />prescribing conditions governing the use of the public rights-of-way in <br />the City of Paris. <br /> <br />9. Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Approving and authorizing the execution of a contract between the City <br />of Paris and Steve Coker for instruction and coordination for the <br />baseball and softball programs. <br /> <br />B. Approving the release of lease with Boys & Girls Club of the Red River <br />Valley, Inc. for City of Paris property known as Reece Field ball park <br />facility. <br /> <br />C. Approving an Addendum to the existing Lease with the Red River Valley <br />Fairgrounds Association adding the property formerly leased to the <br />Boys & Girls Club to the fairgrounds property. <br /> <br />D. Approving the Grounds Sublease between the Red River Valley Fair <br />Association and the Paris Rodeo and Horse Club. <br /> <br />E. Approving the Assignment of Hangar Lease from Billy Winters and <br />Donna J. Winters to Andy Fasken. <br />
