MINUTES

REGULAR MEETING
AIRPORT ADVISORY BOARD
COX FIELD AIRPORT TERMINAL
MEETING ROOM
PARIS. TEXAS
THURSDAY. MARCH 2. 2006
5:30 O'CLOCK P.M.

1. The Airport Advisory Board meeting was called to order by Chairman Vic
Ressler, Jr. at 5:30 p.m.

A. The following members were present:
Glen Chapman
Jack Ashmore
Bill Boothe
Don Morrell
Andrew Fasken

B. The following members were absent:
Harry Michaelwicz

C. Also present was Lisa Wright, Airport Director; and Jerry Richey,
Airport Manager.

2. Approval of minutes from previous meetings. No changes were made to the
minutes of January 19, 2006, and they were approved as submitted.

Andy Fasken arrived at the meeting.

3. Receipt of report from the fly-in subcommittee and possible direction
regarding April 1 Fly-In.

Lisa Wright reported that the Chamber of Commerce awarded $2,000 for the
fly-in. The budget was about $3,550, so she asked if the board would consider
eliminating the food vouchers for the pilots and instead giving Chamber gift
baskets. All were in favor of giving up the pilot voucher.

The vendors lined up thus far are the local corn dog vendor, Scholl's Bar-B-Q,
and possibly the hot dog cart downtown. If it looks like there will be a ton of
people and pretty weather, a couple more people might be invited. It has been
difficult reaching some ofthe vendors because it is festival season; however,
there will be at least 5 to 10 vendors. The RCs are possibly going to put on

. .. f
