AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT (PD-h) COMMERCIAL CENTER, RETAIL SHOPPING CENTER, AND OFFICE CENTER, PREVIOUSL Y ESTABLISHED BY THE ADOPTION OF ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 2006-_, FOR PART OF LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 318, LOCATED AT 3205 LOOP 286 NE; MAKING OTHER FINDINGS AND PROVISIONS RELATED TO THE SUBJECT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, has previously adopted Ordinance No. 2006-_, adopted May 8, 2006, establishing a Planned Development District-Commercial Center, Retail Shopping Center, and Office Center (PD-h) on Part of Lot 7 City Block 318, located at 3205 Loop 286 NE, as described in the aforesaid ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the City Council desires to approve the site plan for said Planned Development District as shown on Exhibit A, attached hereto; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the findings set out in the preamble to this ordinance are hereby in all things approved. Section 2. That the site plan, including the drainage plan, for Part of Lot 7, City Block 318, located at 3205 Loop 286 NE, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be and the same is hereby, approved. Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed to the extent of said conflict only. Section 4.
