It appears that the plan complies <br />with the City of Paris subdivision regulations with the following correction. <br /> <br />I. Use City of Paris details for the water meter setup and the fire sprinkler system <br />double detector check assembly. <br />2. Use a normal sewer tap for the building instead of tapping into the manhole. <br />3. An off-site drainage easement is required to drain the storm sewer onto the <br />property to the West. The existing channel easement is reserved for the Texas <br />Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />I recommend approval of the site plan upon completion of the above item. <br /> <br />cc: Tony N.
