<br />f. Point of Delivery No. 6 shall be located at the site of a currently unused <br />meter located 25- feet SSE from the center line of C.R. 21500, <br />approximately 100-feet ENE from the center line ofF.M. 137 <br /> <br />g. Point of Delivery No. 5 shall be located at the site of a currently unused <br />meter located 790- feet south of the center line of the outside portion of the <br />Loop 53-feet east of the center line ofF.M. 1497. <br /> <br />h. Point of Delivery No. 8 shall be located at the site of a currently unused <br />meter located 67-feet NW of the center line ofF.M. 195 and 45-feet SW of <br />the center line of Aspen Drive. <br /> <br />1. Additional Points of Delivery, including Points of Delivery from the City's <br />water plant or low-pressure transmission facilities between the City's water <br />treatment plant and groundwater storage facility located between Loop 286 <br />and Center Street, may be established provided that the creation and <br />operation of such additional Points of Delivery may not impair Paris' <br />current and planned operation of its water system, or its ability to meet its <br />obligation to its current or projected customers. LCWSD shall notify Paris <br />in writing if LCWSD desires to establish an additional Point of Delivery. <br />Paris agrees to cooperate with LCWSD by providing infonnation needed <br />for LCWSD to develop plans for the design and operation of an additional <br />Point of Delivery. Where appropriate, such plans shall include adequate <br />storage to buffer impacts on Paris' system. Design plans and specifications <br />and an operations plan prepared and sealed by a registered professional <br />engineer for each additional Point of Delivery must be submitted to and <br />approved by Paris before construction may commence. Paris shall have the <br />right of inspection to ensure that facilities are constructed and operated <br />pursuant to approved plans. LCWSD shall bear all costs associated with <br />establishing each additional Point of Delivery. The costs associated with <br />taking water at any additional Point of Delivery shall be calculated based <br />upon the pricing structure in effect for current Points of Delivery. Further, <br />costs associated with the City's distribution system shall only be assessed <br />against each Additional Point of Delivery in proportion to its use of the <br />distribution system, if any. At the current time, the low pressure facilities <br />between the plant and the groundwater storage facilities located between <br />Loop 286 and Center Street are not distribution facilities. <br /> <br />J.
