Motion carried by a vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />5. Consideration of and action on the Final Plat for Prospera Place, being <br />number 3205 Loop 286 NE. <br /> <br />The City Engineer's memo recommends denial of the Plat because of the <br />water line construction and drainage issues. <br /> <br />Gus Coppock, Architect for LaQuinta, stated that the water line extension is <br />complete and in place and will be tested on Friday. He presented a drainage <br />map to the Commission; however, Chairman Hayter stated that he was <br />hesitant to approve the plat without the City Engineer reviewing the new <br />drawings. <br /> <br />Representatives for LaQuinta were advised that the Commission could call a <br />special meeting in two weeks in order to have the plat presented to Council <br />on the fourth Monday of the month. <br /> <br />Motion was made to deny the Final by Russell McCain, seconded by John <br />Mark Spencer. Motion denied by a vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />6. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat for West Cherry Place, <br />being number 505 3rd Street NW. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Benny Plata, seconded by <br />Marshall Kent, subject to the City Engineer's recommendation. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />7. Consideration of and action on the Preliminary Plat for Meadow Park Addition, <br />Phase IV, being located in the 4400 Block of Bonham Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Final Plat by Bobby Myers, seconded by <br />Marshall Kent, subjectto the City Engineer's recommendation. Motion carried <br />by a vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br /> <br />8. Consideration of and action on the Master Plat for Meadow Park Addition, <br />being located in the 4400 Block of Bonham Street. <br /> <br />Motion was made to approve the Master Plat by John Mark Spencer, seconded <br />by Benny Plata, subject to the City Engineer's recommendation. Motion <br />carried by a vote of 9 ayes and 0 nays. <br />
