RESOLUTION NO. 98-066 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 9th day of April, 1984, did receive the plans for the Flow Equalization Basin Site Development Project and authorize the City Attorney to procure property for the same; and, WHEREAS, in conjunction with said Project, it is deemed appropriate that Jim N. Thompson and wife, Elizabeth Holden Thompson, be granted a thirty (30) foot ingress and egress easement along the north boundary line of the Flow Equalization Basin property; and, WHEREAS, the form of the Ingress and Egress Easement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, should, in all things, be approved, and the Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, should be authorized to execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the form the Ingress and Egress Easement which grants a thirty (30) foot access easement along the north boundary line of the Flow Equalization Basin property to Jim H. Thompson and wife, Elizabeth Holden Thompson, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved; and, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to execute, on behalf of the City of Paris, said Ingress and Egress Easement, under the terms and conditions and in the form shown in Exhibit A, attached hereto.
