<br />RESOLUTION NO. 98-066 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Paris did heretofore, on the 9th day of April, <br />1984, did receive the plans for the Flow Equalization Basin Site Development Project and <br />authorize the City Attorney to procure property for the same; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in conjunction with said Project, it is deemed appropriate that Jim N. <br />Thompson and wife, Elizabeth Holden Thompson, be granted a thirty (30) foot ingress and egress <br />easement along the north boundary line of the Flow Equalization Basin property; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the form of the Ingress and Egress Easement, attached hereto as Exhibit A, <br />should, in all things, be approved, and the Mayor, Charles H. Neeley, should be authorized to <br />execute the same; NOW, THEREFORE, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, that the <br />form the Ingress and Egress Easement which grants a thirty (30) foot access easement along the <br />north boundary line of the Flow Equalization Basin property to Jim H. Thompson and wife, <br />Elizabeth Holden Thompson, attached hereto as Exhibit A, be, and the same is hereby, approved; <br />and, <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor, Charles H.
