<br />INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT <br /> <br />STATE OF TEXAS } <br /> <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br /> <br />COUNTY OF LAMAR } <br /> <br />That the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, a municipal corporation of Lamar County, Texas, for <br /> <br />and in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) cash, and other good and valuable <br /> <br />consideration, to it in hand paid by Jim N. Thompson and wife, Elizabeth Holden Thompson, the <br /> <br />receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby sell, give and grant unto <br /> <br />the said Jim N. Thompson and wife, Elizabeth Holden Thompson, of Lamar County, Texas, a <br /> <br />thirty (30) foot ingress and egress easement described as follows: <br /> <br />SITVA TED about 4 1/2 miles North of the City of Paris within the <br />corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, a part <br />of the John Wilson Survey, Abstract No. 981, being a part of a 100.975 acre tract <br />described in a Deed from G. C. Darnell and wife, Lela May Darnell, to the <br />Veterans' Land Board of Texas, dated May 27, 1959, recorded in Volume 2360, <br />Page 457, Lamar County Deed Records, being a part of a 9.0 acre tract described <br />as Fourth Tract in an Affidavit of Rosie Randall, dated February 15, 1952, <br />recorded in Volume 328, Page 9, Lamar County Deed Records, and being more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point in the Southwest corner of City of Paris Flow <br />Equalization Basin property being in the East Boundary Line of Stillhouse Road; <br />THENCE North 89040' 00" East a distance of 424.250 feet a point; <br />THENCE North 88038' 00" East a distance of 654.140 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE South a distance of 30.009 feet to a point for corner; <br />THENCE South 880 38' 00" West a distance of 653.424 feet to a point; <br />THENCE South 89040'00" West a distance of 423.447 feet to a point for <br />corner; <br />THENCE North 1052' 00" West a distance of 30.011 feet to the place of <br />beginning, containing 0.742 acres, more or less. <br /> <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above property unto Jim N.
