Motion to grant the variance <br />conditioned upon the triplex being moved back to line up with the house to <br />the north was made by Kyle McCarley, seconded by David Glass. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br />Motion was made for Louis Yates to return to the meeting by David Glass, <br />seconded by Kyle McCarley. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />5. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Kenneth Scoff Baxley to grant a <br />variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-301, to modify the required <br />lot depth from 100' to 70~ which would be a 30' variance, on the proposed <br />replat of Lot 1, City Block 222, being number 198 20th Street N.E. Kenneth <br />Scott Baxley stated that at the time that he bought the property, he did not <br />realize that he could not sell it separately. He would like to be able to sell the <br />property separately, so he needs to plat it. <br /> <br />6. Consideration of and action on the petition of Kenneth Scoff Baxley to grant <br />a variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-301, to modify the <br />required lot depth from 100' to 70~ which would be a 30' variance, on the <br />proposed replat of Lot 1, City Block 222, being number 198 20th Street N.E. <br />Motion was made to approve the variance request by Rodney Bass, seconded <br />by Kyle McCarley. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />7. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Chad Brown to grant a variance of <br />Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-501, to modify the required front <br />setback from 25' to 247", which would be a 5" variance, on Lot 1, Block E, The <br />Hills Addition, being number 3525 Abby Lane. Chad Brown was available for <br />questions from the Commission. <br /> <br />8. Consideration of and action on the petition of Chad Brown to grant a variance <br />of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-501, to modify the required front <br />setback from 25' to 247", which would be a 5" variance, on Lot 1, Block E, The <br />Hills Addition, being number 3525 Abby Lane. Motion was made to approve <br />the request by Rodney Bass, seconded by David Glass. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> <br />9.
