<br />Special City Council Meeting <br />September 5, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Tony Williams told Council that Barney Knight of Knight & Partners did not make public <br />presentations; however, asked that Council consider their firm's services based on their <br />written proposal. Council Member Wilson inquired as to why Don Edmonds of Edmonds <br />and Associates from Tyler, did not give a presentation. Tony informed Council that he was <br />under the impression that Council did not want a presentation from someone in that close of <br />a proximity to Paris. Council Member Wilson said he wanted to hear from Don Edmonds <br />and Council Member Fendley reiterated Council Member Wilson's request. Council <br />Member Fisher said if they were going to have another presentation, they should go ahead <br />and line up several presentations. Tony told Council he would try to make arrangements for <br />additional presentations. <br /> <br />4.
