Tony said they should receive the audit by <br />February. <br /> <br />Council Member Fendley said eliminating car allowances to save $9,600.00 would <br />cost the City more money in insurance and maintenance of pool vehicles. Mayor Manning <br />disagreed and said that it would need to be tracked. Council Member Freelen wanted to <br />know how that was going to be done. Tony told Council he would develop a procedure. <br /> <br />A Motion to reinstate the car allowances for department heads was made by Council <br />Member Fendley and seconded by Council Member Freelen. Motion failed, 3 ayes - 3 nays, <br />with Council Member Fisher, Mayor Manning, and Council Member Gray casting the <br />dissenting votes. <br /> <br />3.
