<br />.. I.. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.09 - Disqualification of Applicants <br /> <br />An applicant may be disqualified from consideration if he or she: <br /> <br />A. Does not meet the minimum qualifications necessary for performance of the duties of the <br />position involved; <br /> <br />B. Has made a false statement or misleading statement on the application form or supplements <br />thereto; <br /> <br />C. Has committed or attempted to commit a fraudulent act at any stage of the selection process; <br /> <br />D. Is an alien not legally permitted to work; <br /> <br />E.
