<br />SECTION 9.05 - Procedures <br /> <br />Non Disciplinary terminations which include layoffs, excluding voluntary resignation, will be <br />reviewed and approved by the Human Resources Director or his designee and the City Manager <br />based on Sections 9.2, 9.3, and 9.4. <br /> <br />SECTION 9.06 - Exit Interviews <br /> <br />Exit interviews will be held with all employees leaving City employment due to resignation, <br />permanent layoff, retirement and discharge. The Personnel Officer or Department Head will <br />conduct the exit interview.
