Consideration of and action on the following resolutions: <br /> <br />A. Authorizing transfer of files and legal representation by Monte Akers for <br />the City of Paris Charter Amendment Project from the law firm of Bovey, <br />Akers & Bojorquez to Akers & Boulware-Wells. <br /> <br />B. Affirming that the City of Paris has complied with the requirements of the <br />Public Funds Investment Act and amending the City's investment policy. <br /> <br />E.
