Citizens Forum. <br /> <br />(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to two <br />(2) minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance notice <br />of the subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to appear on <br />the agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the matter to a <br />future agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual <br />information. Convene in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Texas <br />Government Code, Consultation with Attorney, to receive advice of legal counsel <br />pertaining to pending or possible litigation and to receive advice of legal counsel <br />pursuant to the duty of an attorney to his client under the Texas Disciplinary <br />Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas, regarding the following <br />matters: <br /> <br />A.
