Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 5. Public Hearing to consider the petition of Jim Coplin to grant a variance of Zoning Ordinance No. 1710, Section 9-301, to modify the required lot depth from 120' to 79~ which would be a 41'variance, on Lot4, City Block 259, being number 2565 E. Cherry Street. No one was present to speak in favor of or in opposition to the petition. 6. Cherry Street. Motion by Chester Martindale, seconded by Rodney Bass, to approve the variance request. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 7. Consideration of and possible action on establishing a day of the month on which variance requests will be heard by the Board. Motion was made by Kyle Mc Carley, seconded by Rodney Bass, to establish the second Tuesday at 12:00 p.m. as a regular meeting atwhich variance requests will be heard by the Board. Motion carried by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays.
